  • 2½ cups (350g) chopped cabbage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • Vegetable oil (for sautéing)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⅔ cups (400ml) kefir or yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3⅓ cups (400g) all-purpose flour


  1. In a skillet, heat a little vegetable oil and sauté the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until softened.
