- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml) sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup (4.4 oz / 125g) yogurt
- 1/4 cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml) milk
- 1 and 1/4 cups (5.3 oz / 150g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons (0.35 oz / 10g) baking powder
- 1 tablespoon flour (0.35 oz / 10g)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder (0.35 oz / 10g)
- 1 tablespoon butter (0.5 oz / 14g)
- 2 bananas
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix the egg, 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon of sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add sunflower oil, yogurt, and milk to the egg-sugar mixture, stirring well.
- In another bowl, sift the flour and baking powder.
