Quick Skillet Pizza Without Oven, Without Egg, and Without Milk

Ingredients:

  • 3.4 fl oz of water
  • 1.06 oz of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 5.3 oz of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add water and melted butter.
  2. Add sugar and salt, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Sift all-purpose flour into the bowl.
  4. Add dry yeast to the bowl.
  5. Stir with a spoon and when it becomes difficult, use your hands.
  6. If needed, add more flour until you get a slightly sticky dough on your fingers.
  7. Knead for approximately 2 minutes.
  8. Remove the dough from the bowl.
  9. Drizzle olive oil or vegetable oil on the countertop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  10. Shape into a ball and roll out the dough to the size of the skillet.
  11. Place in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat, flipping to fry on both sides.
  12. Poke holes in the dough with a fork and spread tomato paste.
  13. Add toppings to your liking, such as shredded mozzarella, sausage, onion, and oregano.
  14. Cook over low heat, cover, and bake until the cheese melts (approximately 3 minutes).

Note:

  • Without yeast, the dough may be slightly dry, but with yeast, it becomes perfect.
