Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395g)
- 6.8 fl oz coconut milk (200 ml)
- 7 oz shredded coconut (200g)
- 6.3 oz milk biscuits (or graham crackers or Maria cookies) (180g)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add the can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395g).
- Add 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) of coconut milk. If you prefer, you can substitute the coconut milk with a small box of heavy cream.
- Add 5.3 oz (150g) of shredded coconut. Reserve the remaining 1.7 oz (50g) for decoration.
- Mix all the ingredients well until fully incorporated.
- On a plate, pour a little pure milk to moisten the biscuits.
- Line the bottom of a dish (height: 2 inches; width: 8 inches; depth: 8 inches) with a layer of moistened biscuits.
- Spread a layer of the prepared filling over the biscuits.
- Repeat the process, alternating layers of moistened biscuits and filling, until completing three layers of each.
- Finish with a layer of filling.
- Decorate the dessert with the reserved shredded coconut.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for approximately 3 hours.
- After this time, remove from the refrigerator, cut into pieces, and serve.
