- 0.35 oz (10g) vanilla sugar
- 2.7 fl oz (80ml) vegetable oil
- 7 oz (200g) flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- In a bowl, place the diced apricots, blackberries, and drizzle with brandy or liquor. Let soak for 20 minutes.
- In a skillet, toast the finely chopped walnuts.
- Mix 2.8 oz (80g) of sugar with cinnamon into the toasted walnuts.
- Peel and chop the apples.
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cornstarch with the chopped apples.

Tip:
- If you can’t find “brandy or liquor,” you can substitute with rum.
