Creamy Truffled Nest Dessert That No One Can Resist

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 5.3 oz (1 ½ cups) powdered milk
  • 1 oz (2 level tablespoons) cornstarch
  • 15.2 fl oz (1 ¾ cups) whole milk
  • 14.1 oz (2 cartons) UHT cream

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, mix sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Add whole milk, mix well, and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and add the cream, stirring until a thick cream forms. Allow to cool.

For the ganache:

  1. Melt 7 oz of semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add 7 oz of cream to the melted chocolate, mix well, and set aside.

Assembly:

  1. Spread ganache on the sides and bottom of a dish.
  2. Pour the slightly warm cream over the ganache.
  3. Spoon dollops of ganache over the cream and gently swirl.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining cream.
  5. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  6. Serve the dessert chilled.
