Ingredients:

- 1 small onion, chopped (2 oz)
- 1/2 leek stalk (2 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (0.1 oz)

- 1 small grated carrot (1.5 oz)
- 1/2 grated broccoli (1.5 oz)
- 3 eggs (about 5.5 oz)
- 1 pinch of salt (0.05 oz)

- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (0.2 oz)
- 1 cup of shredded chicken (4 oz)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese to taste

Instructions:
