Ingredients:
- 350g (12.35 oz) of cookies
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (15g / 0.53 oz)
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (30g / 1.06 oz)
- 1/4 cup of melted butter (80g / 2.82 oz)
- 3/4 cup of milk (160ml / 5.41 fl oz) (may need up to 200ml / 6.76 fl oz)
- 140g (4.94 oz) of milk chocolate
Instructions:
- Finely crush the cookies in a food processor.
- Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the crushed cookies.
- Mix in the melted butter.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. You may need to adjust the amount of milk depending on the consistency of the cookies.
