Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 3.5 oz (100 g) of mozzarella cheese (or other cheese of your preference)

- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions:
