Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 200g of oat flour (approximately 2 cups or 7 oz)
- A pinch of salt
- 7g of baking powder (approximately 1 teaspoon)
- 1 apple
- 1 egg
- Oil for greasing
Filling:
- 2 apples
- 20g of water (approximately 2 tablespoons or 0.7 oz)
- 30g of raisins (approximately 2 tablespoons or 1 oz)
- Sliced almonds to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a container, add and mix the oat flour, a pinch of salt, and 7g of baking powder.
- Peel 1 apple and grate it.
- Mix the grated apples into the oat flour.
- Beat 1 egg with a fork and mix it into the oat flour until it forms a dough.
- Grease an 18 cm (7 inches) diameter pan with oil and pour the dough, pressing well into the bottom.
- Cut the other 2 apples into small cubes and place them in a frying pan.
- Add 20g of water and 30g of raisins to the grilled apples and cook until soft.
- Place this mixture on top of the dough in the pan.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds over the apple mixture.
- Bake the mixture for 35 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- After that, it’s ready.
