  • 2.2 lbs (1 kg) of apples
  • 10.6 oz (300 g) of chocolate


  1. Peel 2.2 lbs of apples and cut them into pieces.
  2. Place the apple pieces in a pot and add enough water to cover them.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes after the water starts boiling.
  4. Drain the cooked apples using a strainer.
  5. Blend the apples in a blender until you get a smooth puree.
  6. Chop 10.6 oz of chocolate into small pieces.
  7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
  8. Grease a mold with oil.
  9. Mix the apple puree with the melted chocolate and pour it into the greased mold.
  10. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator for a few hours until it sets.
