  • 1 egg
  • 3.4 fl oz (100ml) milk
  • 3.5 oz (100g) butter

Cake Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and sweetener until fluffy and aerated (about 2 minutes).
