  • 1 cup (4.2 oz / 120 grams) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (8.5 fl oz / 250 ml) hot milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons (1.6 oz / 45 grams) cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup (1.6 oz / 45 grams) chopped walnuts
  • ¾ cup (2.6 oz / 75 grams) dark chocolate


  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and hot milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add eggs to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Combine the banana mixture with the oat mixture.
  5. Add cocoa powder and baking powder, and mix thoroughly.
  6. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil and line with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of the batter.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
  10. Melt the dark chocolate.
