  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 12.35-12.70 oz (350-360 grams) of all-purpose flour
  • Sugar for sprinkling


  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until you achieve a creamy mixture.
  2. Add the egg, egg yolk, and lemon zest. Mix well.
