  • 2.5 oz (70 grams) melted butter
  • 4.2 oz (120 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 fl oz (90 milliliters) water
  • 3.5 oz (100 grams) cheese (grated)


  1. Melt 2.5 oz (70 grams) of butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix 4.2 oz (120 grams) of all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the mixture and combine.
  4. Gradually add 3 fl oz (90 milliliters) of water, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough with your hands and divide it into 3 parts.
  6. Roll each part into balls and keep the dough covered.
