  • 40g (1.4 oz) cocoa powder
  • 200g (7 oz) ripe banana
  • 50g (1.75 oz) dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and grease a baking pan with butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cocoa powder, and peeled bananas.
  3. Sift the baking powder over the mixture to avoid lumps.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter, about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in the preheated oven.
