Chocolate Delight: Easy Recipe with a Surprise Filling Straight from the Oven!

  • 14 oz (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.75 oz (50g) desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Cake Batter:

  • 3 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup (240ml) sugar
  • 1.7 fl oz (50ml) oil
  • 7 oz (200g) all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 4 oz (115g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 7 fl oz (200ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder



  1. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it cool.

Cake Batter:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, sugar, and oil.
  2. Mix well for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder.
  4. Mix for an additional minute until the batter is smooth.
