Ingredients:
- 16 oz (450g) sugar
 - A pinch of salt
 - 17 fl oz (500ml) boiling milk
 - 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
 - 3.4 fl oz (100ml) vegetable oil
 - Vanilla essence, to taste
 - 35.3 oz (1kg) flour
 - 2.1 oz (60g) baking powder
 - 8.8 oz (250g) powdered sugar
 - 2 egg whites
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
Instructions:
- Mix the sugar with 7 oz (200g) of flour and a pinch of salt.
 - Add the boiling milk and mix well until there are no lumps in the dough. Let it cool to room temperature.
 - Add the 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks and mix.
 - Add the vegetable oil and vanilla essence, mixing well.
 - Gradually add the rest of the flour and baking powder, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
 - Shape the dough into small balls.
 - Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
 - While they cool, prepare the glaze: whisk together the powdered sugar and egg whites until white and fluffy.
 - Add the lemon juice and continue beating until you get a firm cream.
