Delicious Sweet Rolls: Simple and Tasty Recipe!

  • 16 oz (450g) sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 17 fl oz (500ml) boiling milk
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 3.4 fl oz (100ml) vegetable oil
  • Vanilla essence, to taste
  • 35.3 oz (1kg) flour
  • 2.1 oz (60g) baking powder
  • 8.8 oz (250g) powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Mix the sugar with 7 oz (200g) of flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the boiling milk and mix well until there are no lumps in the dough. Let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Add the 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks and mix.
  4. Add the vegetable oil and vanilla essence, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the rest of the flour and baking powder, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls.
  7. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. While they cool, prepare the glaze: whisk together the powdered sugar and egg whites until white and fluffy.
  9. Add the lemon juice and continue beating until you get a firm cream.
  10. Spread the glaze over the baked rolls and let them dry before serving.
