- 100 g (3.5 oz) of heavy cream
- 1 heaping tablespoon of margarine

- 600 g (21 oz or 4 cups) of tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of grated coconut
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, salt, heavy cream, and margarine until a smooth cream forms.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the tapioca starch until the dough starts to come away from your hands. If necessary, add more starch gradually.
