  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz (200 g) sugar
  • 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) heavy cream or yogurt
  • 5.3 oz (150 ml) melted butter
  • 12.3 oz (350 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon (0.35 oz / 10 g) baking powder
  • 5.3 oz (150 g) walnuts

For the topping:

  • 0.7 oz (20 g) butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes white and fluffy.
