Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar (8.5 oz or 240g)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter (5.3 oz or 150g)
  • 1 cup of orange juice (approx. 8.5 fl oz or 250 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of orange zest
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour (8.5 oz or 240g)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the butter and mix until it forms a paste.
