Ingredients:
- 1 cup (8 oz / 240 ml) whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 can (7 oz / 200 ml) coconut milk
- 2 cans (28 oz / 790 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch (approximately 0.5 oz / 15 g)
- 1 package (3.5 oz / 100 g) shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a blender, combine the whole milk, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and cornstarch.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
- Set aside a portion of the shredded coconut for greasing the pan.
- Add most of the shredded coconut to the blender mixture and blend briefly to incorporate.
- Grease a round cake pan (10 inches / 25 cm in diameter) with margarine and sprinkle with the remaining shredded coconut.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
