Heavenly Sweet: An Uncomplicated and Super Easy Dessert

The “Heavenly Sweet” is an irresistible dessert, known for its creamy texture and celestial flavor. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 oz / 240 ml) whole milk, at room temperature
  • 1 can (7 oz / 200 ml) coconut milk
  • 2 cans (28 oz / 790 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch (approximately 0.5 oz / 15 g)
  • 1 package (3.5 oz / 100 g) shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the whole milk, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and cornstarch.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Set aside a portion of the shredded coconut for greasing the pan.
  5. Add most of the shredded coconut to the blender mixture and blend briefly to incorporate.
  6. Grease a round cake pan (10 inches / 25 cm in diameter) with margarine and sprinkle with the remaining shredded coconut.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, or until the surface is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
  10. For serving, chill in the refrigerator until cold.
