  • 13.5 oz (400 ml) milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1.4 oz (40g) sugar
  • 0.5 oz (15g) cornstarch
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3.5 oz (100g) condensed milk
  • Decoration: cinnamon, cocoa, or chocolate


  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk until it begins to boil. Add the lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Stir well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Slowly pour half of the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly to prevent the yolks from cooking.
  4. Pour the egg yolk mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining hot milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the cream cool.
  6. Add the lemon juice and condensed milk to a bowl. Beat well until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  7. Add this lemon juice mixture to the cream and mix well.
  8. Decorate the dessert with cinnamon, cocoa, or chocolate shavings, according to your preference.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
