Homemade Fried Donuts! Crispy on the Outside, Soft on the Inside

  • 1 cup (4.4 oz) of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) of milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder

  5. Add the baking powder and mix well.

  7. Shape the donuts as desired.
