Ingredients:

  • 3 green bananas

  • 4 tablespoons (1.13 oz / 32g) water

Instructions:

  1. Peel the green bananas and slice them thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix turmeric powder (if using), salt, and water.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan (7 inches) over low heat.
  4. Dip each banana slice into the turmeric-water mixture, then place into the heated oil for frying.
  5. Fry the slices until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove the fried bananas from the pan and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
