I Don’t Eat Sugar! No Flour! No Fat! Healthy Dessert

Hello everyone! Today I bring you a dessert that is a true delight for sweet lovers, but with a twist: it’s healthy and free of sugar, flour, and fat! Get ready to enjoy an incredibly tasty and nutritious cake. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (5.3 oz) of oats
  • 2/3 cup (5 oz) of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (0.7 oz) of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz) of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup (1.4 oz) of sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon (0.7 oz) of hot milk
  • Vegetable oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats with the milk and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, add the bananas and blend until liquid.
  3. Add the oat and milk mixture to the blended bananas, along with the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the batter, mixing again.
  5. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil and pour the batter into the pan, leveling it out.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, toast the walnuts in a skillet and chop them with a knife.
  8. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, add the hot milk, and mix well.
  9. After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
  10. Decorate the cake with the melted chocolate and chopped walnuts.
