  • 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) milk
  • 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) water
  • Salt, to taste
  • 0.35 oz (10 grams) sugar
  • 2.8 oz (80 grams) butter
  • 4.2 oz (120 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 3 medium-sized eggs
  • 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) heavy cream
  • 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2.6 oz (75 grams) cottage cheese


  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, water, salt to taste, sugar, and butter. When the mixture begins to boil, add the flour.
  2. Stir until a homogeneous dough forms. Cook the dough for a few minutes.
  3. Add the eggs to the dough, one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next. Mix the eggs for at least 2 to 3 minutes, ensuring proper consistency.
  4. The dough should reach a texture that allows shaping. You may not need to use all the eggs, depending on the achieved consistency.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  6. On a baking sheet, place spoonfuls of the dough spaced apart, or use a piping bag to create shapes, and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. In another bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and cottage cheese. Mix these ingredients until creamy.
  8. When removing the pastries from the oven, make a small cut on the side and fill with the prepared cream using a piping bag or a spoon.
  9. If desired, finish with chocolate sauce. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and dip these delights.
