  • 2 eggs
  • 1.41 oz (40 grams) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3.17 oz (90 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.34 fl oz (10 ml) water
  • Peanut butter with chocolate or Nutella

  1. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, honey, and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir well until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Gradually add the water to the batter, mixing carefully.
  4. Cover the batter and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. After resting, wait until bubbles form in the batter.
  6. Once bubbles have formed, wait for an additional 1 minute, then pour the batter onto a preheated skillet to prepare the pancakes.
  7. Serve the pancakes with peanut butter and chocolate spread—I like to use Nutella—or substitute with your preferred filling.
