- 3 eggs
- 1.8 fl oz (50 ml) oil or butter (about 50 g)

- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 2 cups hydrated tapioca (about 10.6 oz or 300 g)
- 2 cups cornstarch (about 10.6 oz or 300 g)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (about 0.35 oz or 10 g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
