Lightning Dessert: Made in 5 Minutes, No Oven, Condensed Milk, Gelatin, or Flour!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (7 oz or 200g) of cookies
  • 1 cup (3.5 oz or 100g) of nuts
  • 6 tablespoons (2.8 oz or 80g) of butter
  • 1 cup (7 oz or 200g) of cream cheese
  • 1 cup (7 oz or 200g) of Nutella
  • 1 cup (6.8 fl oz or 200ml) of heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons (1.8 oz or 50g) of powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Crush the cookies until you get a fine crumb.
  2. Crush the nuts into small pieces and mix them with the cookie crumbs.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of a 7-inch (18cm) pan to form the base.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and Nutella until creamy and smooth.
  6. Spread this mixture evenly in the pan.
  7. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Add the other 7 oz (200g) of cream cheese to the whipped cream and mix well.
  9. Pour this mixture over the Nutella mixture in the pan and smooth the surface.
  10. Decorate the top with chopped nuts and a bit more Nutella if desired.
  11. Refrigerate and let it rest for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend and the dessert to set.
