  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of tapioca
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder


  1. In a bowl, crack the egg and beat until smooth.
  2. Add the cup of tapioca, mixing until the lumps dissolve.
  3. Add the cornstarch, oil, and salt, and mix well.
  4. Add the water and shredded mozzarella cheese, mixing until smooth.
  5. Finally, add the baking powder and mix again.
  6. Pour the batter into cupcake or muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
