  • 300 grams (10.6 oz) of chocolate butter cookies
  • 120 grams (4.2 oz) of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

Cake Cream:

  • 400 grams (14.1 oz) of heavy cream or thick natural yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams (5.3 oz) of sugar
  • 50 grams (1.8 oz) of all-purpose flour
  • 10 grams (0.35 oz) of vanilla sugar
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) of butter



  1. Crush the chocolate butter cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the mixture, stirring until you get a homogeneous dough.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom of an 18 cm (7-inch) diameter pan, forming an even base. Set aside.

Cake Cream:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the heavy cream or yogurt with the eggs.
  2. Add the sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.
  3. Cook over medium heat.
  4. Incorporate the all-purpose flour into the mixture, ensuring a smooth consistency.
  5. Add the vanilla sugar, mixing well.
  6. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture, achieving a creamy and uniform texture.
  7. Remove from heat when it starts to pull away from the sides of the pan and let it cool.
  8. Pour the cream over the cookie base in the pan.
  9. Add more crushed cookies on top of the cream.


  1. Refrigerate and let the no-bake cake rest for at least 4 hours, or until set.
