  • 10.14 fl oz (300 ml) of warm milk
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 2.03 fl oz (60 ml) of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 0.35 oz (10 g) of dry yeast
  • 17.46 oz (495 g) or 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)


  1. Initial Preparation:
    • In a blender, combine the warm milk, eggs, oil, and sugar.
    • Blend for approximately 3 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Dough Preparation:
    • Transfer the liquid mixture to a bowl.
    • Dissolve the dry yeast in the warm milk and stir well.
    • Add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until a uniform dough is formed.
  3. Resting and Rising:
    • Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.
  4. Finalization:
    • Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
    • Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan.
    • Brush the surface of the dough with the egg yolk.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and fully baked.
