The best dessert I’ve ever had! 5-Minute Raffaello Recipe!

This is the best dessert I’ve ever tasted! Prepare for a sweet experience in just 5 minutes, because who said delights need to be complicated? For the batter:

  • 100g (3.5 oz) of all-purpose flour
  • 100g (3.5 oz) of sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 80g (2.8 oz) of shredded coconut

For the cream:

  • 200g (7 oz) of heavy cream
  • 100g (3.5 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract or vanillin (to taste)
  • 1 bar of white chocolate


  1. In a large bowl, add the egg whites and beat until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the flour and sugar and continue stirring, then add the egg yolks one at a time to the batter and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded coconut.
  4. Preheat the oven to 320-338 degrees Fahrenheit (160-170 degrees Celsius).
  5. Pour the batter into a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  7. While the batter is baking, prepare the cream. Chop the white chocolate bar into small pieces and in a bowl, mix the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate, and vanilla extract to taste with a mixer. Reserve in the refrigerator.
  8. After baking, remove the batter from the oven and let it cool completely.
  9. Cut the batter into small squares or use a cookie cutter to create desired shapes.
  10. Sprinkle a little milk on top of the cut pieces.
  11. Dip each piece of batter in the prepared cream, ensuring an even coating.
  12. Finish by rolling in shredded coconut and broken white chocolate pieces. You can create several layers following the previous steps and finish the last layer with cream and sprinkled shredded coconut.
  13. Refrigerate for a few minutes to set the cream.
  14. Serve and enjoy the delicious homemade Raffaello!
