  • 2 cups (8.8 oz) of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 packet (0.35 oz) of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • ½ cup (4.2 oz) of butter
  • 3.5 oz of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • Guava jam to taste
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, and powdered sugar.
  3. Add ½ cup of cold butter cut into cubes to the flour mixture. Mix with your hands until a crumbly texture forms.
  4. Mix the yogurt into the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
  6. Cut the dough into the desired shape.
  7. Mix the coconut flour into the jam to taste.
  8. Spread the jam mixture on the dough, then fold it over.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
