  • 430 grams (approximately 15 oz or 3 1/2 cups) of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 275 ml (about 9.3 oz or 1 1/8 cups) of warm water

  1. In a bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and dry yeast well.
  2. Add 70 grams (2.5 oz) of flour and mix until smooth. Cover and let rest for a few minutes.

  5. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the additional 275 ml (9.3 oz) of warm water and the fermented mixture.
  6. Add the yogurt and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
  7. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes in a warm place.
  8. Mix the dough again and transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush a little oil over the top of the dough in the form.
  10. Cover the dough and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  12. Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until it is golden and crispy. Spray a little water every 15 minutes while baking.
