Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup (250 grams / 8.8 oz) sugar
- 2⅔ cups (350 grams / 12.3 oz) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup (240 ml / 8.5 fl oz) milk
- 5 tablespoons (70 grams / 2.5 oz) butter
- Vanilla essence, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
