  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (200 g / 7 oz) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (8 g) vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120 g / 4.2 oz) yogurt
  • 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) milk
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml / 2.7 fl oz) oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (180 g / 6.3 oz) all-purpose flour (type 00)
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) baking powder
  • 1/3 cup (50 g / 1.7 oz) raisins


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.
  3. Add yogurt, milk, oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Sift the flour and baking powder over the liquid mixture. Gently mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Add the raisins to the batter and mix.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
